The Adolescent Therapist is responsible for assessing individuals affected by mental illness and coordinating their treatment. They work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide therapy and ensure appropriate care for patients.
A Master's degree in a mental health-related field is required, along with CPR and de-escalation technique certification. Previous assessment and evaluation experience is preferred but not mandatory.
