The role is pivotal in fostering a supportive environment that encourages clients to pursue and maintain their recovery journey.

Responsibilities: - Utilize personal recovery experience to inspire hope and provide peer support to clients. - Assist clients in developing their own recovery goals and plans, offering guidance and encouragement throughout the process. - Facilitate group support sessions to promote peer interaction and shared experiences. - Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients. - Advocate for clients' needs and rights within the behavioral health system. - Provide education and resources to clients and their families about recovery and wellness strategies. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress. - Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in peer support.
QualificationsRequired
