The RN is responsible for the overall health status of the residents, including assessment and evaluation of changes in their condition. They also plan care and supervise staff while ensuring the implementation of the care plan.
A current or temporary RN license in ND or compact RN licensure is required, along with BLS certification within the orientation period. Previous nursing home experience is preferred but not mandatory.
