$60,000 - $90,000 / YEAR
Provide comprehensive care to patients with heart-related conditions, including assessments, treatment plans, and diagnostic procedures. Educate and support patients and their families regarding cardiovascular health.
Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities and hold an active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license. A Master's Degree in Nursing and CPR certification are also required.
