This role involves providing essential clerical and administrative support to the Medical-Surgical Telemetry nursing unit while actively monitoring and interpreting the cardiac rhythms of telemetry patients. The technician also supports nursing staff through timely communication and documentation.
Candidates must have completed an EKG/Dysrhythmia course or possess equivalent experience, and hold a current BCLS certification upon hire. Additional certifications (ABM/MAB/CPI) are required within 60 days of employment.
We are seeking a dedicated Monitor Technician/Unit Secretary to join our Medical-Surgical Telemetry team. This role provides essential secretarial and administrative support to the nursing unit while assisting nurses in monitoring cardiac rhythms of telemetry patients.

• Previous healthcare or monitoring experience preferred.
