The Hospice CNA will work as part of the Hospice Team caring for patients and families in local Nursing Homes within the Capital Region. Responsibilities include providing assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and offering comfort and support to residents and their families.
Candidates must possess NYS CNA Licensure, and 1-2 years of long-term care experience is preferred. Previous hospice experience is preferred but not mandatory, as thorough orientation and training in end-of-life care are provided.
