The Fertility RN Nurse Coordinator will assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients by monitoring them throughout treatment plans, providing direction and education. This role also involves communicating physician orders and laboratory results, establishing a compassionate environment, and accurately documenting patient care services.
Candidates must possess a required Registered Nurse (RN) license without limitations, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, and ideally have prior IVF/Fertility and women's health experience. Essential qualifications include the ability to manage a patient caseload, computer proficiency, excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration, and a strong customer service orientation.
