The Physical Therapist will provide rehabilitation services as part of a multidisciplinary team across critical care, medical/surgical units, and outpatient settings for various conditions. Responsibilities include performing evaluations, establishing treatment goals, utilizing necessary techniques, documenting progress, assisting with discharge planning, and supervising Physical Therapy Assistants.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy and eligible for or hold Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Ohio. Practice must adhere to the Ohio revised code and all organizational policies and procedures.

The Physical Therapist will work as part of an established multidisciplinary team, including other therapists, physicians, nursing staff and case managers to provide rehabilitation in a variety of settings. Treatments will be provided to patients in areas such as critical care, medical and surgical units and outpatient for rehabilitation needs ranging from cerebrovascular accidents to joint replacements.
