The Home Health Aide/CNA will provide one-on-one service in the patient's home, assisting with activities of daily living, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. Responsibilities also include monitoring vitals, reminding patients to take medication, maintaining records, and communicating with family and doctors.
Candidates must be a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) willing to work on an as-needed basis, possess reliable transportation, and hold current CPR certification. This is a 1099 contract opportunity providing care in patients' homes.

We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Abiquiu, NM to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients’ homes in accordance with a physician established care plan.
This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. The current scheduling needs for this position will be established between the HHA/CNA, patient, and case manager.
Monday - Sunday, 8am to 8pm and 8pm to 8am.
Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.
