The RN/LPN will provide direct nursing services, including mental health assessments and treatment for children and families, while also managing medical case management and coordinating care with staff and psychiatrists. Key duties involve performing assessments, crisis interventions, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining accurate clinical records.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing and hold a current, good-standing license as an RN or LPN in Kansas. Preferred qualifications include 1-3 years of experience with individuals experiencing serious emotional disturbance or behavioral health needs, along with knowledge of psychotropic medications and laboratory results.
The purpose of the RN/LPN – Medication Services position is to provide direct nursing services, mental health assessments and treatment to children and families.
