The Occupational Therapist will evaluate resident needs, create individualized treatment plans, and work with physicians and the care team to deliver compassionate and effective care aimed at regaining independence and quality of life.
Candidates must possess a degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program and hold a current Washington State or Multi-State OT license, along with current CPR certification. Six months of experience in a long-term care environment is preferred.

As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll help residents regain independence, confidence, and quality of life. You’ll evaluate needs, create individualized treatment plans, and work closely with physicians, families, and an interdisciplinary care team to deliver compassionate, effective care.
