This role involves assisting residents with daily needs such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility, while also participating in shift change reports and supporting meal service. Responsibilities also include following safety procedures, laundering belongings, and assisting with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Candidates should be caring, dependable team players who prioritize a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents. Preferred qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent and previous experience in a continuing care retirement community or hospital, along with the ability to pass pre-employment checks.
