The Occupational Therapist provides evaluation and treatment of patients according to legal, professional, and hospital guidelines, focusing on improving, restoring, and enhancing performance in daily activities and functional mobility. This role also involves instructing and directing Occupational Therapist Assistants and aides as assigned, along with performing necessary documentation and quality improvement tasks.
Candidates must possess a minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited program and hold a valid license or temporary permit for the applicable state. Both experienced and new graduate Occupational Therapists are eligible to apply, provided they can adapt quickly and work well within a team environment.
