$35 - $37 / HOUR
LPNs will care for patients with various illnesses and injuries across different facilities, working collaboratively with physicians, nurses, CNAs, and aides to deliver excellent patient care. Responsibilities include taking vitals, performing assessments, documenting progress, reporting changes to the RN supervisor, and administering prescribed treatments and medications.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited practical nursing program and hold an active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Michigan, along with current CPR certification. Essential qualities include demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communication, and compassion, along with knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws.
