The Periodontist will focus on providing quality patient care with clinical autonomy based on best practices, working within a team atmosphere that prioritizes the patient's best interest. New patients will be assigned equally on a rotation basis, and existing patients will remain with the provider.
Candidates must possess a Periodontics Residency Certificate and be a graduate of an accredited dental school. Additional required qualifications include necessary licenses and certifications such as CPR, DEA, and NPI.
Immediate need for a part-time Periodontist in Santa Rosa, CA. 1 day per month.
