The LVN Charge Nurse is responsible for ensuring quality care for residents, including observing and documenting their conditions, administering medications, and overseeing aides. They also communicate with residents' contacts regarding any changes in condition and complete necessary reports.
Candidates must have completed an LVN program from an accredited institution and hold an active LVN license in Texas. Experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
