The LVN Charge Nurse will assist in ensuring quality care for residents, observing and documenting their conditions, and implementing care plans. They will also administer medications, communicate with residents' contacts, and oversee aides.
Candidates must have completed an LVN program at an accredited institution and hold an active LVN license in Texas. Experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
