• For: An Advanced Practice Provider to join our Primary Care clinics. Currently we have position open in our family practice clinics and our internal medicine clinics.

• Clinic: Provides primary care services to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics. The team delivers comprehensive care focusing on acute, chronic, and preventative health concerns for individuals and families.

• Clinic: Specializes in adult primary care with a focus on managing complex medical conditions and chronic diseases. The clinic serves an adult patient population with a broad range of health needs. You will collaborate closely with a team of physicians, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals in a supportive and collegial environment. Job Responsibilities Provide primary care tailored to the specific patient population of your assigned clinic. Full time Salary based. 40 hours a week. Participate in clinic-wide initiatives such as virtual care integration, quality improvement projects, and patient education efforts.
