The Speech Language Pathologist I performs comprehensive speech therapy evaluations, treatment, and follow-up services, including developing treatment plans with measurable goals based on patient assessment. This role also involves training and educating patients and family members, documenting reports, and supervising Rehab Technicians.
Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in Speech Pathology and hold the State Licensing Board Speech Pathologist (SPE) certification, along with an American Heart Association Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certificate. A Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is also required for this position.
