The Dental Assistant provides clinical support for surgical and nonsurgical root canal therapy, including x-rays and sterilization. They are also responsible for charting treatment notes and managing room turnover.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and valid Dental Assistant and Dental Radiology certifications. At least one year of dental assisting experience is required.
Assisting duties include assisting in surgical and nonsurgical root canal therapy, taking x-rays, charting treatment notes, room turnover, sterilization, etc. New skills to be taught include assisting through your own dental microscope and exposing/manipulating CT images.

The salary range for this role is $18-$22 per hour.
