The LPN provides patient/family centered care and assists with data collection and evaluation of nursing actions. They also document patient care and support patients in managing their healthcare.
Candidates must graduate from a recognized Licensed Practical Nursing program and be licensed as an LPN in South Carolina. One year of LPN experience is preferred, along with a current Basic Life Support certification.
