Caregivers/Home Health Aides provide hands-on personal care, report changes in client condition, and perform simple procedures as delegated within the home setting. Key duties include assisting with activities of daily living, ensuring a safe environment, and providing companionship.
Candidates must have six months of prior adult caregiving experience or have completed a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) course or certificate. A minimum of two positive professional references is also required for consideration.
Caregiver/Home Health Aide (HHA)
As members of the interdisciplinary team who provide hands-on personal care, report changes in the client’s condition, perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services, and provide incidental/instrumental activities of daily living to clients in the home setting as evaluated/delegated and as permitted by the policies and procedures of Interim HealthCare and any other federal, state, and local law or regulations.
Full time, part time and PRN openings (does vary by location). You pick your schedule!
