$85 - $125 / HOUR
The Nurse Practitioner will provide medical care, manage terminal illness, and conduct history and physical examinations for patients, ensuring compliance with state regulations under physician supervision. Responsibilities also include developing individualized plans of care, prescribing treatments, coordinating hospice services, and assessing patient eligibility for hospice benefits.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited School of Nursing and an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program, holding current state nursing licensure. A master's degree is required, along with a minimum of one year of Nurse Practitioner experience and one year of hospice or palliative care experience.
