The Nursing Assistant, under the direction of the Director/Manager and RNs, facilitates patient care by providing basic physical care and executing necessary nursing procedures. This role also involves ensuring patient comfort and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED, with post-high school special training being preferred. Licensure as a Florida Certified Nursing Assistant and BLS certification are preferred qualifications.
Under the direction of the Director/Manager and RNs, the Nursing Assistant facilitates patient care by providing the basic physical care and nursing procedures, providing patients with comfort measures and maintaining a clean safe organized environment.
