The Therapist provides clinical social work services, including psychosocial assessments, individual, group, and family therapy, and psychoeducational groups for clients in a residential treatment setting. Key duties also involve participation in treatment team planning, discharge planning/case management, and crisis intervention, with rotational on-call status required.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology, or a related Social Services field, along with prior experience working with psychiatric mental health populations, preferably in an inpatient setting. A Social Work or Professional Counselor License is required, with a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist preferred.
