This role involves providing clinical services within an Article 31 OMH certified outpatient MHOTRS clinic, utilizing a trauma-informed and culturally affirming approach for individuals of all ages and their families. Key functions include conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing collaborative treatment plans, and delivering various interventions such as individual, group, family therapy, and crisis services.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in counseling, creative arts, or social work, along with a New York State License or limited permit in Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), Creative Arts Therapy (LCAT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or social work (LMSW). Experience treating children or adolescents and fluency in a second language are preferred.
