The role involves providing direct and indirect patient care in the assigned setting, requiring collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Responsibilities include accurate patient assessment, medication administration, formulating teaching plans, and assisting physicians with procedures.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing program and possess computer literacy. Minimum licensure requirements include being an RN and obtaining BLS certification within 14 days of hire, with ACLS/PALS being preferred.
