The Occupational Therapist will provide person-centered care focused on enhancing residents' independence, safety, and quality of life through functional activities and outcomes. Key duties include evaluating physical conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, recommending environmental modifications, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
Candidates must possess an active and valid Texas Occupational Therapy license and be in good standing with all regulatory bodies. Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting is preferred, along with strong skills in communication, collaboration, and clinical decision-making.
