The Primary Care Registered Nurse will facilitate quality patient care and supportive services by providing direct clinical support to providers, acting as an EMR champion, and administering care using a patient-centered approach both face-to-face and telephonically. Essential functions include competent telephone triage, initiating care coordination, administering immunizations, assisting providers with procedures, and ensuring timely and complete patient documentation.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited nursing program, with a Bachelor's degree preferred, and possess 3-5 years of acute and/or outpatient medical nursing experience. Required abilities include demonstrated success in clinical care within a fast-paced environment, significant knowledge of primary care medical practices, and familiarity with healthcare technology systems.
