The advanced practice provider is responsible for the inpatient and outpatient management, consultations, and co-management of patients within the acute care and practice setting. Key functions include assessing patient status, developing diagnoses, implementing collaborative treatment plans, performing minor surgical procedures, and participating in quality initiatives and research support.
Applicants must be either a Nurse Practitioner (MN, MSN, or DNP/PhD/DNS degree) or a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program, holding current APRN or PA licensure in Florida, along with current BLS certification. No specific years of experience are explicitly required for this role.
