include providing excellent resident care, assisting with daily activities and personal hygiene, answering patient calls, and ensuring residents receive appropriate diets based on their care plans. A key duty is passing medications as required by the care plan.
Candidates must possess a current HCA or NAC certification and maintain required CEUs, along with current Food Handling, CPR, and First Aid certifications or the willingness to obtain them within 30 days. Essential qualities include a positive attitude, the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and a strong compassion for working with the senior population.
