The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients to assess impairments and develop personalized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing overall function in assisted living settings. Responsibilities also include delivering care independently, educating patients and families, and accurately documenting all patient care services.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited physical therapy program and possess an active or pending state license to practice PT, along with a passion for evidence-based care for seniors. Superior communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration with patients, families, and colleagues.
