The Licensed Practical Nurse assesses patient and family needs, reports findings to the RN and physician, and follows the prescribed plan of care while adhering to daily assignments for personal care, observation, procedures, and medication administration. This role involves continuously assessing and evaluating patient issues and responses, safely using equipment, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
Candidates must be a graduate of an approved LPN school of nursing and hold a current LPN license in Massachusetts, along with required CPR certification. A minimum of one year of recent experience in an acute care facility is mandatory, with homecare and computer skills being preferred.
Graduate of an approved LPN school of nursing. Current LPN license in MA. CPR certification required. Minimum one (1) year recent experience in an acute care facility. Homecare and computer skills preferred.
