The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will provide essential personal care activities, including hygiene assistance, transfers, and dressing, while also preparing meals and accompanying patients on necessary errands or appointments. Additionally, the role involves performing patient-specific clinical tasks taught by a nurse, such as hospice support and monitoring blood glucose.
The position requires performing personal care activities and assisting with daily living tasks for patients in their homes. Preferred experience includes using lifting equipment like Hoyer lifts, providing personal care, assisting with range of motion exercises, Foley care, and light cleaning.
