The Patient Care Technician will deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care, monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment in an outpatient setting. Key duties include setting up and maintaining dialysis equipment, recording patient data, and educating patients on treatment and kidney health.
Candidates must possess an accredited High School diploma or GED equivalent and be comfortable working around blood, needles, and medical equipment. Physical stamina for long shifts on one's feet and schedule flexibility including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment Physically able to work long shifts on your feet Willing to float between local clinics if needed Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
