The Home and Community Based Services Aide will provide support, assistance with personal hygiene, and household functions to enable individuals to remain in their homes, primarily through home visits for hospice care. Primary duties include assisting with daily living activities, supporting household tasks, monitoring client condition, and ensuring a safe environment.
Candidates must possess a current CNA license in New Jersey, a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation to cover a 50-mile service radius. Preferred qualifications include 6+ months of home care experience, and all candidates must have current CPR certification and the ability to work flexible hours independently.

The hourly pay for this role will range from $14.00 to $27.60 per hour based on full-time employment.
