The Direct Support Professional will empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve personal goals, build meaningful connections, and champion community inclusion. Responsibilities include supporting daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication assistance, personal care, and accompanying participants on outings.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent. Required qualifications include access to a registered vehicle with proof of auto insurance and a valid driver's license for at least one year without restrictions, along with the ability to pass background checks.
