The Occupational Therapist is responsible for screening, evaluating, re-evaluating, planning discharge, and making revisions to the established plan of care, all under physician supervision. This role involves providing direct therapy services within a senior living community setting.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program, along with active state licensure and national board certification. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills are also required.
