The role involves working flexible shifts in a hospital setting, such as the Emergency Department or Med Surg units, allowing the nurse to pick up shifts based on their availability. Candidates must possess at least one year of relevant experience along with an active Nursing License, current BLS Certification, and a recent TB skin test within the last year. A federal background check is also a mandatory requirement for employment.
