The Treatment Coordinator will guide patients through treatment decisions by clearly presenting treatment plans and financial options, verifying insurance benefits, and managing pre-authorizations. Responsibilities also include scheduling treatment, coordinating with clinical teams, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate documentation to drive case acceptance.
Candidates must have dental office experience, with Treatment Coordinator experience strongly preferred, and a strong background in dental insurance, billing, and treatment planning, including knowledge of PPO, HMO, and Medicaid plans. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.
