Residence Counselors- Full Time

The Residence Counselor provides services to adults diagnosed with mental illness living in a group home, which includes offering supportive counseling and teaching rehabilitation skills like daily living and coping mechanisms. Duties also involve facilitating recreation activities, maintaining a clean environment, and providing necessary client transportation.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma, though college classes in human services are preferred, along with demonstrated ability in helping others and a valid, insurable driver's license. Experience working with individuals with mental illness or other human service experience is beneficial, alongside strong organizational and communication skills.
