The Universal Worker/CNA provides high-quality, safe personal care assistance to senior living tenants, including help with daily living activities, ambulation, and certain medications under nurse direction. This role also involves performing housekeeping, laundry, and assisting with life enrichment activities as needed.
Candidates must possess a current Minnesota CNA license or be able to obtain one upon hire to perform essential duties like assisting tenants, monitoring vital signs, and documenting care. The role requires developing rapport with tenants and families while strictly adhering to safety, policy, and reporting procedures.
Eventide Linden Senior Living is currently seeking part-time Universal Worker/CNAs to work the PM Bath Aide shift (5p-9:30p). Shift includes

The Universal Worker/CNA provides high-quality and safe personal care assistance to senior living tenants that is consistent with the current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations as well as the philosophy, policies, and procedures of Eventide. Will also perform housekeeping, laundry, and planning and life enrichment activities as needed.
