The Medication Aide will provide medication management and support Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care, following service plans and communicating with medical professionals and families. Responsibilities also include documenting resident conditions, participating in meal service, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED, an Oklahoma Certified Nurse's Aide certification, and a Certified Medication Aide, Advanced Certified Medication Aide, or Medication Administration Technician certification. A minimum of one year in a caregiving role and six months of supervisory experience in a health-related field are also required.
