Advocates work closely with adolescents, youth, and families to provide support through behavioral health and respite care, which may include transportation and one-on-one in-home services. Responsibilities also involve participating in the development of youth treatment plans and assisting clients in achieving identified goals.
Applicants must be 21 years or older and possess a High School Diploma or GED, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. The role requires daily travel, reliable personal transportation, willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and proficiency with standard computer software.
