The Occupational Therapist evaluates, plans, and administers therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' ability to perform daily living and work activities as prescribed by a physician. This involves establishing patient-centered goals, regular reassessment of progress, and maintaining thorough documentation.
Candidates must possess 1-3 years of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist and hold a state-issued Occupational Therapist Registered license along with Basic Life Support certification. Experience in a hospital or rehabilitation facility is preferred.

Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, practices, and evidence-based interventions. Proficiency in conducting evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and maximize productivity. Ability to mentor and train students or new staff members in occupational therapy practices. Commitment to maintaining patient privacy and adhering to all ethical and regulatory standards. Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems for documentation and reporting.
