The Personal Care Worker will assist clients with daily living needs, including personal care tasks like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting, as well as supporting mobility and transfers. Candidates should ideally possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and previous caregiving or healthcare experience is considered a plus. Applicants must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Description We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Worker (PCW) to provide daily support and assistance to clients in Glenwood Springs, CO. This role is ideal for someone who is dedicated to improving quality of life and supporting individuals with their daily living needs.
Key Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Support mobility, transfers, and positioning Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying living spaces) Provide companionship and emotional support Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors Follow individualized care plans and safety procedures
