Candidates must possess a current Illinois RN or LPN license and demonstrate strong clinical assessment skills with the ability to make sound decisions. The ideal applicant needs excellent communication skills, the capacity to work collaboratively in a team, and must show empathy and compassion while providing care.
Provide direct patient care and develop nursing care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams. Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments and medications. Assist with medical procedures and maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and health management strategies. Participate in patient assessments and contribute to individualized care plans based on patient needs. Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families during difficult times. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices in all nursing activities. Current Illinois RN/LPN license. Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to make sound decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and families. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. Must be able to demonstrate empathy and compassion while providing care to patients.
