The Registered Nurse will deliver compassionate care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities include overseeing patient treatment plans, conducting observations, and managing machine setups with the support of a clinical team.
Candidates must hold an Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) or equivalent from an accredited program. While no prior dialysis experience is required, the role demands a flexible schedule to accommodate mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree. You might also have experience in the following that can be helpful but not required. Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience. Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
