The physician will serve as a nocturnist hospitalist in an 81-bed community hospital, covering a 9-bed open ICU with tele-intensivist support. Responsibilities include managing ICU-level care such as ventilator management, lumbar punctures, and central line placement.
Candidates must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Med-Pediatrics and eligible for medical licensure in North Carolina. The role requires comfort managing ICU patients and strong clinical decision-making and teamwork skills.
A community hospital in eastern North Carolina is seeking a BE/BC Med-Peds or Internal Medicine physician to join a high-quality hospitalist program in a nocturnist role.
