The physician will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, including performing histories, physicals, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, and ordering diagnostic testing. Responsibilities also include prescribing medications, documenting encounters daily in the EHR, and participating in quality and patient safety initiatives.
Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine and possess an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license, current BLS and ACLS certifications, an active DEA, and an active NPI. U.S. Citizenship or Green Card is required, along with a commitment to minimum 120-day rotations.
